There are some really great takeaways here — tips and “tricks” I’m pretty positive you didn’t know. What was interesting is to learn of the balancing act between, as they put it, book sales, author happiness, store happiness, event quality and media coverage. And also the fact that a small, 20-person event can sometimes be just as valuable as one attended by hundreds.
